"Rude. I asked for an Oreo McFlurry and they gave me a cup of ice cream with 1 scoop of Oreo crumbles on top. Did not mix it or anything. 9.16.23 @ 2:20pm. Everyone working that shift needs to be either terminated or re-trained on basic customer service in food. This store is a terrible representation of McDonalds. The store manager should be ashamed."
"Picked up a burger for my wife, and it was raw inside. Fries were also kind of stringy and sad. The ladies at the drive-thru were nice, for what it's worth."
"Staff did an amazing job! Kind, courteous, and friendly. Plenty of cars in the drive through but the wait wasn’t long. Food was very fresh and the tomatoes were sweet and juicy. Temperature of food was also perfect, hot and juicy and tender! Too bad I’m only here once a year, I wish I could go to this location more often. Great job Night Shift!"
"The service at this location is trash! From the long lines to the mediocre food. Just ashamed to have come here. The floors were disgusting, trash smelled, and the restrooms were out of order and locked. How do employees work on conditions like that? I watched a customer get skipped, while what I assume was the employee's friend since they shook hands, get a hot meal; and he ordered after we did"
