"It is the first Mexican restaurant that I visited in Virginia, and unfortunately the service was the worst I have ever received, including when it came to bringing me my dish, they handed it to me with the plate super hot without telling me anything, I burned my hands, it bothered me a lot I hope they improve their customer service, because the food is delicious, luckily for me, I don't plan on returning to this place!"

"Skip this place. Out of every Mexican restaurant I have ever been, you get free chips and salsa. Apparently here you have to order a full meal. A small margarita and chorizo cheese dip is $17 I should have skipped on the 3 dollar tip because the service sucks. I have ordered here plenty of times and you always get an order of chips and salsa with your order. I was told I only get a small chip for a bowl of cheese dip. When I questioned why the salsa and white sauce were in the bag I was told it was just because he didn’t know if I wanted it but I don’t get chips. It’s a little fun size bag. When I initially ask for it I am assuming the cashier was afraid to get it because he had to ask the manager to come over. To have staff that dependent on management for the smallest of thing, speaks to the management in place. Not sure who the new faces are but they will surely ruin a great restaurant fast. To think a manager would go back and forth about low cost chips is ridiculous. But if I would have dined in they could be refilled to my hearts desire, then again who knows. I won’t be returning to find out. And will be sure not to recommend anymore."
