"Not into fast food much due to the poor quality and service nowadays with most of the chains. Stopped here off the Chester exit while traveling to use their restroom and grab something quick to eat on the road. The restroom was clean. The manager working the register was very friendly and helpful. My Dave’s Single, fries, and coffee were prepared just right and came out to me in a few minutes!"
"Food was just horrible. Hate to say it but it was. Most of the Wendy's in Chester are not good/fresh. I got 3 breakfast sandwiches and all 3 had super hard bread, and they were crazy dry. Wendy's food has just went down over the years to me."
"The restaurant was dirty. There were no clean tables, I had to ask for toilet paper for the bathroom, and the drink area was dirty and sticky. When there were no customers to wait on, the cashier and another worker leaned on the counter and scrolled through their phones sharing memes and videos. Frankly, the place needs to follow Chik fil a's lead and renovate."

"Was disappointed in several areas with our visit to this Wendy's. The food was disappointing. We got the $5 Big Bag. The bacon double cheeseburger was cold and dry. I swear it had been on the shelf thirty minutes past its shelf life. The chicken tenders were mediocre. The fries were warm, about the only plus of the meal. The dining part of the restaurant was clean. The mens restroom was nasty. Definitely disappointing. I won't be back to this location and may not be back to a Wendy's..."
