"I can not give a review on the food, because I was not able to place an order. Went in one night with friends. Place was empty except for one cook sitting at end of counter. We sat down, waited and waited at least 30 minutes. No other employees came in. Asked the cook f we could place order. He stated that was his first day, waitresses left and he has no clue where they are. Obviously we left. Saw waitresses in a vehicle doing someone's hair. Second time I went there they said they were closed for cleaning during hours they are supposed to be open. Don't waste your time here."
"I always love to go to waffle House. The food is good generally. The weight staff usually has a good humor. I can sit and think or read and drink my coffee and nobody hassles me. It is one of my favorite places."
"Oh boy, I’ve never sat at a Waffle House for 45 minutes waiting. Walked in there were 2 couples eating, 1 couple waiting for a to go order. They had 3 servers and 2 cooks and it took ten minutes to took our order. Then they argued and a cook quit. Mind you we are the only new order. Another guy came in ordered ate and left before we got our food. First waffle undercooked, sent back. Replacement waffle undercooked. Hash brown bowl cooked and sat on counter until cold. Server was polite but service was terrible, food was terrible."
"Wonderful staff, hot delicious food and that old school diner feel to it. Not only did our waitress take care of us but the cook stopped by every table checking to make sure our food was to our liking."
"The food was good, but the people working there were absolutely miserable. Walked in and EVERY single table was dirty!! Waitress was messing with the jukebox and looked at us like “ why y’all here”. Had to remind her over and over to bring me things that I ordered. But it was good when I got it. The food was cooked very well actually. I’m worried about this generation though."
