"The service is what really ruined it for me. The host was slow/not friendly, the waiter was slow& not attentive she was nice. All the TVs settings were blurry, to bright or to dark. Food was good. I just assume get take out."
"Online order was wrong so called immediately to cancel, they said they’d refund me. Day goes by still hadn’t, called and told the same. Two days go by and still haven’t. I’m just fed up calling and asking them to do a simple little thing. I was courteous enough to call right away so they didn’t waste food making an order. This whole company has gone completely downhill. Can I get my refund back please !! Don’t go here just save your money. These people don’t want to work so let’s just let the place die and they can enjoy not paying their bills due to laziness and a lack of a job."
"This places Sucks we came to have dinner and wanted to be relax, so we ask are waitress to switch are tables and she said let me talk to my manger BB that’s what her name sopose to be so she said we can’t switch tables so we ask to switch chairs and she still said no Ugh the Coustomer service in This place could BE WAY MUCH BETTER WITH A BETTER MANGER IN THAT PLACE ugh I hope you read this"
"Went here recently for dinner. They seem to have improved since my last review. I really enjoyed their smash burger and the wings were good, albeit the hot sauce was a little vinegary for my taste. Service was good, although it wasn't crowded at all. We did have to get a fresh order of fries because our initial order was lukewarm, but that wasn't an issue."
"Visited this location for the first time. The atmosphere was that of a sports bar/ family restaurant, there was plenty of seating options including bar seating. Our server Samantha was amazingggg.. Once we sat down she offered quick service and suggested drink/food options. Everything came out promptly even with the dinner crowd(kudos to the cook for speedy service.) Food was NOT a wow.... my son ordered the All American Burger with Fries and mozzarella sticks as his appetizer. I had chips and salsa for my appetizer(please avoid these the chips are so plain that it throws off the taste completely) I also tried the Asian Zing wings(these were the only highlight of the whole meal) I also ordered the brisket street tacos(please save yourself the money.)"
