"The food was pretty good. We went there a bit later when it wasn't busy. Our server, Dinora, came across as rude, she only checked on us once, but hanging around the other table and talking for a while. She had left a crumpled up napkin on the table when she brought our drinks. The atmosphere didn't seem as welcoming either."
"Always a great experience when coming here. Never have to wait long for food or refills. Chips and salsa are unlimited and food is absolutely delicious and fresh every time. It is always clean and always smells clean. They give excellent service every time."
"We've tried El Patron a couple of times in the past and did not like the food at all. Apparently we just didn't like what we ordered, but my daughter suggested something different, and it was amazing. My husband was also quite surprised and enjoyed his food as well. We went for our granddaughters birthday. The wait staff did a tremendous job with such a large amount of people they served. We will definitely be back."
"My first time here was interesting. The host was very nice, he greeted us and walked us to a nice booth. Our server didn't come to our table until almost fifteen minutes later, and she didn't even introduce herself to us. The food was great though. Presentation was nice, the rustic atmosphere was pleasant as well. I do think that the staff could use a little more training on customer service. If anything, many of the staff seemed intimidated more than anything. I don't know if they just didn't speak much because of limited English or if they genuinely were uncomfortable with the customers. I hope that some improvements go into working with the staff on their interactions with customers. I do look forward to the next time I visit here."
"I ordered the pineapple with shrimp, chicken, scallops, peppers and onions. Very nice presentation however the food was bland, no seasoning at all. I still was able to eat it. I bit into one scallop and it didn't taste fresh so i didn't eat them."
