"These people gave me an undercooked, raw, nearly still cold/frozen burger! I was so hungry I didnt even notice until the 3rd bite, thinking it was the condiments that was really making it cold. I called the establishment around 7 times back to back before getting an answer, spoke to manager Tasha and she informed to get another burger the next day and that all the burgers are cooked between 160 degrees and 200. Time went by about 40 mins in my stomach began to turn and flip (feeling never got before as I have never had food poisoning of my knowledge or similarities. I threw up like 50 mins in trying to hold it in at work, then I got diarrhea. It was so bad I was in fetal position at work and had to leave 4 hrs into my shift missing out on money. I will never order again, I will be contacting regional/district manager as this is the worst Ive ever felt from a burger I was so excited about getting. After many minutes looking up reviews online to see if someone had a similar experience or even to see how the burger was supposed to be properly cooked. Its like they missed a step or just simply slapped a RAW burger on my bun!! I never cried so bad from a stomach pain in my life it literally felt and still feels like my stomach had fireworks. This is unexceptable, & another burger will not cut it for me!"

"The cashier in drive thru needs to go around other fastfood place and show them how it's done. They are fantastic! So polite and clear on the mic and had a good rhythm going at the window. A great experience I've hadn't had in a while."

"Drive thru kids need to get off their phone. I understand some communication issues with the speaker but she blatantly wasn't listening. I wasn't surprised when my order was wrong. I am a bit mad about paying extra for dip and not receiving it, that's on me for not checking. Still won't be back. I'd rather deal with rude, but gets the order right. There is at least an element of caring there."

"The employee in drive thru, Serena, skinny lady wearing a brown wig was RUDE. I didn’t realize Arby’s closed at 10 and we arrived around 9:50 pm so maybe that was why. I didn’t realize the time until I came to write this review while sitting in the drive thru line. I asked her about the boneless combo and if I could upsize the combo and she just simply said no. I read the sign wrong and thought it came with a drink so I told her the type of drink I wanted and she just goes “what drink?” Instead of telling me it didn’t come with one and did I want to add one. Her attitude was just super nonchalant like she didn’t want to be there. Asked if she could repeat my order back to me since there were changes and then she got super loud but while she was taking my order she talked softly that I could barely hear her. Then I get to the window and she has the same attitude; expect attitude from customers when they’re being nice and you’re not reciprocating it. Hire people that want to work and give customers the same respect they give your employees."
