"I had a delightful experience at Sharks fish and chicken. I don't really fancy reviews but this an exception. I was at the one on Pennsylvania Ave close to my grandma. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service impeccable, and the menu offered a fantastic array of delicious dishes. The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyable ambiance. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a special occasion, Sharks fish and chicken exceeds my expectations. A must-visit for any food enthusiast! Will try their other locations"

"This afternoon, I picked up and online order for a cheesesteak. The service was pretty bad. Barely a greeting, and the cashier finished a lengthy conversation with a coworker before getting my order, which was ready and waiting. I ordered a bean pie, since I was visiting (I grew up here) and wanted my kids to try one. When I got home, it was moldy. When I called, they gave me a hassle about getting a refund because I didn't want another potentially bad bean pie as a replacement. Never again."
