"The food here tasted bland. The customer service was terrible, I felt rushed in line and was told to pay even though I hadn’t finished ordering. Aswell, they refused to give me a refill on the soda I purchased, even though nowhere on the register indicated that they have a no refill policy. Had I known this, I would have not purchased a drink to begin with. This is easily the worst customer experience I have had at a Taco Bell, I will not be returning to this location any time soon."

"Dirty counters. Always! Employees are always dirty. Signs are hanging off the wall. Cashiers are never ready and always on cell phone. Gladly, you can watch them make your food if you stick around to order it. And for that I gave its star."

"I have been going to this Taco Bell regularly for more than 7 years. In this time, I have never received an incorrect order and have been treated with nothing but respect, dignity, and utter professionalism. This location is one of my favorite spots in Washington, DC and is truly like a second home to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do for the Washington community, you are truly an oasis of flavor in the desert of our quiet town. God bless you."

"Food is good staff is sweet..just have to watch out for homeless...had issues 2 times I say no everytime they ask for money...but beware the feral homeless are aggressive one time I was spit on and another time a sparkle fairy homeless person flew over and slapped my face...didn't know homeless fairies were so aggressive....WARNING DONT FEED THE FERAL PEOPLE! they'll come get yah!"
