"I highly recommend to go else where. Very shady work quality and work ethics. Dennis has a awful attitude. Coreys is not much better. If any. Over priced. Warranty runs out and appliances break. They have the system down. To screw all over. Harrison's appliance needs new owner . Corey and Dennis both have mental health problems and it shows. Most of the good reviews are fake profiles and dead people ."

"Anyone who needs appliance repair in the Dinwiddie Petersburg area should definitely give Harrison's Appliance a call. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with your schedule, they come out and are very pleasant and do a great job. A little pricey, but I do believe the work is worth the money."

"Called this business to repair refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. When the tech arrived, he cleared some ice from the freezer and then said that it needed a new control board. He requested payment upfront for parts and labor which we paid $400.56. A week later, a different tech arrived and said that the control board he installed was faulty and he would have to order another one. During this whole time since the first visit, the unit has been working fine. I called and spoke to Cory to cancel any further repairs and to get a refund for the parts that we had prepaid and were still waiting on. Cory immediately became defensive and angry and said all sales are final, no refunds will be given and that they would come and install the part when it becomes available even though it is apparently not needed at this time. I was perfectly willing to pay for the service call/labor, but not the part. He said this is the way that all businesses operate. In addition, throughout both service visits, neither tech ever looked at the dishwasher to diagnose the problem with that appliance. I would not recommend this company and I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau."

"Never have I dealt with such an unresponsive and unprofessional company. The man they sent out to repair my washer after a MONTH of waiting for them to order a part that they said was out of stock AFTER charging me $300 upfront for the diagnostic, part, and labor, was actually very nice and friendly. When I would call to check on the status of them coming out to install the new part, the guy on the phone laughed at me and said that "no one wants to work anymore" and thats why they didn't have the part I needed. When the guy finally came out to install today, he told me everything was working, promptly left (I should have asked him to show me that it worked), and I found that NO its STILL BROKEN. two months with a broken washer and out $300 for nothing."
