"Love this place ! My mom and I frequent this particular location every Sunday. The staff is always friendly, and helpful when needed. The store is packed with all sorts of hidden gems. You never know what you may find !"
"While this location is not as awful as their store in the West End of Richmond, it's still pretty bad and not worth going into. We were hitting the nearby thrift stores and weren't even going to go in but my friend suggested we try it anyway since we were there. It wasn't worth getting out of the car for. He goes for the cloths, I go for the household stuff. What I saw was uninteresting garbage. Some of it was cheap because it was literally junk and some of it is way overpriced. Worst of all they don't price stuff with tags, they actually ruin items by writing the price on with what appears to be crayon. In the case of a Christmas ornament that was part fabric they wrote on the fabric part. Kind of a moronic thing to do, but this place really isn't worth visiting. I love thrift shops, flea markets and garage sales, but this is bottom of the barrel."
"I always find something: really nice clothing (some still with store price tags) my daughter and I shop here often. Great Prices and Quality"
"When you have health conditions that prevent you from wearing a mask yet the young lady working states your not allowed in the business without one that is called being in the wrong. The government has stated those with health issues do not have to wear them. Your business is not really a curbside thing."
"I loved this thrift store up until one day a few weeks ago. I came in like normal on a Tuesday and looked around. I spotted a brand new game and the price was $1.98 which was a good deal considering the game is $7 new at target. Anyway I continue with my shopping grab some jeans and some kid clothes then head up to the counter. The chubby white female employee rang me up then looked at the game and asked the skinny female employee with brown hair “what price is this?” And the skinny one replied and said that it was $4.98 but that she wasn’t going to argue with me about the price and said just let it go for $1.98. Now I wasn’t going to argue anything I told them I didn’t mess with the price they could look at the camera and see I put it in my cart where it stayed the rest of my trip. But that really rubbed me wrong. I spend a lot of money here and some of it is wasted money considering they don’t let you try on anything and no returns or exchanges on any merchandise. I have yet to be back since that encounter with those two employees. Most of the time there’s not a cashier up there normally you’re waiting a hot minute before one approaches from stocking the isles. Not to mention the skinny brown haired lady was just throwing prices on items on the lady’s items she was ringing up. She kept saying “I’ll do” and then give random price. That lady got a hell of a deal for a whole cart worth of stuff!"
