"Quick, decently priced, not bad tasting meal for my 3 boys who always have me on the go. My only complaints would be the tops are never secure to the drinks, I've never gotten napkins at any cookout, and fry ratio was different in each box. All in all we like it and my wallet appreciates the price"

"It was a good stop for a quich drive through meal. We ordered two double burgers steak style. Fries were fresh and hot, burgers good and milkshakes delish. cookout is always our go to for quick family fast food."

"Ordered chilli cheese fries and cheese curds. Only got cheese fries and 7 curds. Got upcharged for the chilli even though I ordered it before as a second side for my cheeseburger tray. Adding picture"

"I ordered a chicken tray with walking taco and nuggets. The nuggets were a little over done but edible, the walking taco was average, but this was my chicken sandwich. I get cutting down the portions, I noticed that the last few times but this isn't even a serving. I'm HIGHLY disappointed! To top it off the extra nuggets I ordered showed up as below. My picky eater won't touch that monster nuggets. The other 2 trays were adequate. As I said the chicken serving has been cut down but at least they took up over half the bun."

"Let me start by saying I absolutely love cookout. I love their hot fresh burgers and cheese bites but this time was absolutely awful! The cheese bites and corn dogs were cold and burnt. The quesidillas were ice cold not even cooked with the cheese not even melted no sauce on them either. The sandwiches were cold and the buns soggy. I feel like the food had been sitting out for awhile with how cold it was. Honestly just disappointing considering it was supposed to be a surprise for mother's day plus a pregnancy craving I've had for a bit. I hope they get things together or maybe someone was just having a bad day."
