"Customer service wasn't great, but wasn't bad. Prices are insane at around $80/decent looking item. The products are seriously hit or miss in terms of design and quality. I used to love Lane Bryant because their jeans were some of the only cute and nice fitting ones I could find. But today's visit was a sad visit. Most of their outfits did not look cute on the manikins or the shelves. I even went and grabbed the overly priced pants to try some on and they were so see through you could see the sad outline of the pockets. I personally wished for blouses with high cuts since *ya know* giant body typically means giant breasts. Everything is low cut for their tops, so casual wear shopping only. Their livi and cacique sections were cute-ish, but their prices are insanely high. No average salaried person could casually shop here. I will likely not walk in this store again due to both the high prices, lower quality, and designs that would not look good on my body. If I shop at Lane Bryant again, it will only be for jeans and *potentially* with a good enough sale. I believe this review falls both on the overall company and the store. The store was clean, organized, and their employees did nothing bad. I've seen other stores that dress their manikins better, employees that assist better, and better staffed. I'm happy for others who find the comfort I initially found with Lane Bryant by actually having my size. I'm sad that I found so little to love this visit."

"I don't have a real experience to relate because the store was closed. The details on the web say the store closes at 9PM. The store actually closes at 8PM. The stores is attached to Kohl's Department Store, unlike how it is displayed on the map. There is a small side street that separates Target and Kohl's."
