"Boogy & Peel is officially my favorite pizza spot in DC! The pizzas are SO unique and delicious and the staff are super friendly. My favorites so far are the Big Mac pizza, the reuben, and the macha roni - but I’m going to keep coming back so I can try them all!"
"We visited DC during Thanksgiving weekend and after our first three picks were closed, this was the best rated restaurant near us but damn! It turned out to be our favorite place that we went two days in a row! I highly recommend you check this place out! Their service is amazing, chill atmosphere, good drinks and the pizza is on point! I’m all about the crust and it was perfect but so were their toppings. I was at first questioning their menu but the chef knows what she’s doing and killed it! You MUST try their @Kschifanorealtor. Don’t question it, just try it. Trust me. Their Macha Roni was also good but not as great. Anyway, check it out if you’re craving great pizza!!"
"The Big Mac Pizza was exquisite, better than a regular Big Mac. We ordered other, more traditional Pizzas that were excellant as well. The service was wonderful and the bathroom was extremely clean and convenient."
"I’d been dying to try this place after seeing so many good reviews. Unfortunately, it wasn’t my cup of tea. We got a regular pepperoni pizza, so maybe that was our mistake, as this place is known for its more creative options. The pizza had way too much pepperoni, making it too heavy. I also wasn’t the biggest fan of the service situation; it felt kind of cold and distant."
"Do you like eating the most interesting combination of flavors on dough while listening to Dolly Parton and drinking incredible frozen alcoholic slushees? Then do I have the place for you. It’s got everything; A pizza that tastes like a Big Mac, and pizza that tastes like an Italian sub, a pizza with a whole Caesar salad on top of it. They’ve got the hottest tunes from the late 90s and early 00s, they’ve got indoor seating, outdoor seating, bar seating. Their side dishes really shine too, the wings are a must have. Constantly updating the menu with seasonal offerings so you always have something new to try. The cocktails are so fun and the wine list is irreverent and amazing. The best part of Boogey is the staff. Kind, talented, welcoming and accepting of everyone that walks in, they really go above and beyond. And most of all they are FUN."
