"Ordered on Uber eats under the business name Aasta La Pizza. When I tried to find it on google maps that name didn’t come up so I was really confused but this is the pizza place at the same address so I assume they go by both names or something? When I figured out it must be this place and read the terrible reviews I tried to cancel my Uber eats order but it was too late. The food came on time and the order was correct (pepperoni and sausage XL pizza) and we actually enjoyed it. It wasn’t the best pizza in the dc by any means but for the price point I’d say it was pretty good and way better than i was expecting based off the reviews!"
"Bad customer service ever I see they don’t know how to talk to customer after 30mnt i order the food I ask how long for it they say oh I don’t know it’s not ready yet and he walk away i waite 20mnt more I lose my lunch time while stay there for 50mnt or more and didn’t get my food last time coming over"
"In the past, this place was great. HOWEVER, the last year this restaurant has become awful. I have ordered several times through Uber Eats. The last SIX times I ordered the portabella sandwich, I either received pasta or a meat sandwich. I am a vegetarian. The pizza is inconsistent, and I am seriously unsure about whether these people actually know house to run a restaurant. The taste is always off. Unfortunate."
"I was really disappointed in the way the pizza came. The best part for me was the crust. Don't bother wasting your time here if you have small children as they do not have high chairs and the person that was helping me did not seem to care. Plus if you have a stroller forget it as it gets a step up and I mean a step. Don't waste your money or time here. Go to Tentelytown instead where they have highchairs, more friendly and better customer service and more better than those in wheelchairs and strollers. Thanks I will be taking my business elsewhere."
