"Had a missing item. The store did not give a refund. They would not answer the phone when we called to complain. Poor management. Poor customer service."

"Ordered this evening, before 7PM, a few items. Even though this location is less than a half mile from our place, it took over an hour for the food to arrive! I understand if orders are backed up causing a delay, but there needs to be communication to give a heads up. Eventually the driver called to give an updated ETA, but even that was off, causing us to wait almost an additional half hour on top of the hour wait. Luckily our order was right, but was lukewarm upon receiving the items. Kind of disappointing experience sadly."
