"Very disappointing. Banana was old and mushy. Food was so basic and flavorless. Even "everything bagel" tasted like nothing. Weird place. No indoor seating - you can't even go inside, just order through a window, next to a bunch of random doll houses. Website said there was indoor seating and photos backed that up - very misleading."
"Coffee and food is good. It is worth noting that they do not offer indoor seating. This helpful information is not to be found online. Their website is not active and their Facebook page indicates that they have an inviting, cozy space inside for you to enjoy. That space is off limits. Also, I was hassled by aggressive panhandlers who were hanging around outside the coffee shop. This was my experience, you might not have the same experience. Food and coffee gets an A, but overall experience brings them down to a C+."
"First time visit, customer service was superb, but I was not at all impressed with my breakfast food option (veggie wrap, not pictured). I may try another food option in the future, but will for sure return for coffee!"
"I picked up an iced malted mocha latte and a breakfast burrito with sausage this morning and immediately knew I had to write a review. I’m visiting Richmond for a few weeks and have tried a couple of the highly reviewed coffee shops in the area (roastology & Ironclad). While they were good, they didn’t leave me wanting to rush back. Greenbriar left me wanting to run back and hand over my wallet and maybe even my first born child. This place is incredibly good. The iced malted mocha latte was incredibly creamy with a perfect dose of chocolate. I haven’t had a latte this good since visiting Seattle two years ago. The breakfast burrito was incredible and enormous. The sausage was nice and spicy, the eggs were perfectly scrambled, and the pico was on on-point. It is definitely big enough to split or save some for later. It was counter service with a few tables outside to wait so I wouldn’t recommend trying to work/study from there. Overall this place is a hidden gem with delicious coffee and tasty food. I highly recommend it and I’m only sad that I found this place in my last week here."
"It really is one of those places that you can just go in and relax. I dont think I have said anything about this place since the pandemic hit. They have reopened recently with a kiosk like take out service. No cash is exchanged and everyone is wearing masks. They have even set up a tent to give patrons a place to wait that is relatively comfortable while keeping socially distant. Yes they will turn you away if you don't have a mask, and no they won't take cash. They are still kicking out great good and drink on their limited menu so don't hesitate to give them a try!"
