Crafted

"The atmosphere around and inside Crafted was my favorite part of eating here. It was a 50 degree evening and the street was lined with string lights. It brought a nice charm to the venue. We had a reservation for our large group (about 16) and there was a part of the restaurant they sectioned off for us. Made the evening a lovely private moment for us. We shared the pork rinds, wings, shirt rib sliders, and some kind of BBQ calamari. Everything was delicious, but I wasn't a big fan of the calamari. It wasn't bad, just not as good as the rest of the apps. My entree was the shrimp and grits. It was delicious. I originally wanted the Butcher Block cut of the day, but the day I was there the cut was top round sirloin steak. Not my favorite cut for steak so I passed. I was really looking forward to a nice ribeye or NY strip. Service was fantastic, our waitress was attentive and did a great job remembering our drinks. The food came out at a reasonable time as well for such a large party. All in all, a lovely place to spend the evening with friends or family."

"A favorite is the summer salad. It has my favorite ingredients—shrimp, arugula, feta, and red onion. The flavor of the watermelon goes perfectly with the balsamic vinaigrette and feta. The shrimp are flavorful—not as much as fresh wild caught, but very close. The watermelon is juicy, flavorful and fresh. The arugula is sharp, crispy and fresh. The amount of arugula was perfectly balanced with the balsamic vinaigrette, shrimp, onion, watermelon and cheese. The grill cheese is excellent and the fries are very good. Brunch is served on Sundays. We enjoyed it. Excellent sweet tea. One of the places I give 10 out 10. Make sure the tea is served cold. Sweet Tea: 10 out of 10"

"Visited for the first time for lunch with a friend and absolutely enjoyed it. I made a reservation through Resy but we could’ve walked in as we were there 30 minutes after opening. The restaurant and bar area (where we were seated) definitely got more crowded while we were chatting. Our server was great and patient with us; especially me because it took me 3 samples before I settled on a strawberry cider lol. We took her suggestion and tried the Brussels for our appetizer and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just as great. It was hard to select what we wanted from the menu so I’ll definitely be back. But I enjoyed my poboy; the shrimp were fried well and the slaw gave it more flavor than expected. I love French fries and theirs didn’t disappoint, 10/10 recommend and I can’t wait to return!"

"I've been there once before, and my family all loved the food. Got a to-go order last night, and when I got home, my wife's soup was in a cup (I ordered a bowl), and my chicken sandwich had two top buns, and one of them was completely black (as in, burned), so it sorta felt like it was intentionally done that way. I tipped well (over 20% for a takeout order) and don't think I did anything to offend anyone, so not sure what that was about."

"Awesome cool spot. The food was delicious! Cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts were flavorful and crispy! Probably the best I have had in a while. The cocktails were amazing! Lots of great options. I went for lunch and enjoyed myself. Plenty of indoor and covered outdoor seating. I will definitely visit here again."
