"Give zero stars if I could. Every time I go, you never get what you ask for. Go at 730, don't close til 10, out of extra crispy, or they have a few pieces, so i'll take that, then rest original. Get it home. The extra crispy you can tell has sat ALL day it's so dried out. They say they don't sell enough, so they don't make a lot, but every time i go through the drive threw, that is all i hear them order. They don't offer to make any either. You ask to replace wings with legs, that's fine. There is an upcharge. I don't mind. Get home and get charged for it, but don't get the replacement. You spend over 40 bucks and don't get what is asked for. I know it's hard to find people to work, but dang. I used to love this KFC, but it's gone downhill so bad it's unreal. The managers there seem like they just don't care either when saying something."

"Was there for dinner on Thursday Sept 28th. My husband and I ordered combos and asked for original recipe. We were told it would be 12 minutes. We decided to get extra crispy. We waited and noticed other customers getting their food before us. We went back up to the counter 3 times. The last time I went to check on our order they asked if I wanted to place an order, I said no then they asked for my last name and I said we didn't give a last name. We are just waiting on our food. The lady behind the counter then said to the mgr on duty, I am assuming " you deal with her I am not". Then I was told that they had already told my husband it would be a few minutes. They had decided to give us the original recipe and not tell us even though we said we didn't really want to wait. They treated us like we were bothering them when we were asking about our order.Very poor service by all of them!!!"
