"The brunette girl behind the counter is the only reason why y'all got 5 stars, she was perfect. Said hi, thanked me for coming, in took my order. The food took forever, and half of the bacon melt bread bun wasn't even toasted. She brought me my food. Said she was very sorry for the wait. And thanked me again for being a customer. Y'all need to give her a raise for real."

"I go to Burger King in Alandale every morning on my way to work. The girl who takes my order is always very friendly, polite and respectful. The manager Will is always very nice and makes my day better. I used to go there for lunch but stopped because it's like a completely different restaurant. It feels to entirely separate places. The staff and management acts like they have better things to do and don't care at all about customer service or satisfaction. So I give Breakfast shift 5 stars and and lunch 0 Stars. Something needs to be done about the lunch shift and management they all need new training or replaced."

"Forced to give a star, they definitely don't deserve one. Horrible attitudes from mgmt. They got my order wrong TWICE! and made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. Majority of everyone there was on something. One girl you could tell just snorted something before coming back from her break. (Addicts know each other, even when they've been sober for years) no business doing your job while wiping your drugs from your nose and twitching around while handling food, and not once in the 39 min I was there did I see her wash her hands. It was comical to watch how they "operate". I cuss like a sailor, but not while at work, and definitely not have the side convos they were having, ridiculous. I will NOT be returning to this location again."
