Subway 2500 West Stone Drive, Kingsport, TN 37660

"They made 1 out of 3 sandwiches wrong. I tried calling So many times everyday for three days - as well as called corporate in order to file a complaint and see if they could help... No. They are all online now "to better serve us". Yeah right, I put in all of the information on the receipt and wrote my complaint. No email back or response back days later still. Tonight I just sent my husband into the store with the full sandwich with the receipt (he is currently there - will update if they fix it) otherwise I have no other choice but to call my bank for a full refund. I do not want to have to do that. Sadly yesterday my company I work for wanted to do a huge catering order thru subway and let's just say they choose Panera bread instead once I told them about this stores service. They WILL not answer any phone calls, and if by any chance they do- it's an instant hangup. (to stop it from ringing). I even had a Walmart employee tell me they would tell them I was trying to call and to answer the phone. Good luck, or just stay away from this franchise. Worst experience ever. I am about to email some woman who's email is up for corporate to tell her about this franchise as well. (also I even called the subway up the street to see if they could help me, and it was the same thing!) It's like since corporate stopped caring about complaints, so did the stores. Also- I saw complaints on subways better business bbb site and the complaints all have "unanswered" on the dispute. Terrible. Let's just say that I do not see subway lasting the recession this next time if they keep things the same customer service wise. If they went to automated in order to save money, it will be there biggest budget cut regret ever... The one that doomed there franchises."

"This happened in the summer but I was reminded of the experience and decided to write a review. I would normally never eat at subway but I was really hungry and needed convenience. There were about 5 ppl in line already before I got in. I waited a good 20 mins to a half hour just to be told they didn't have any more bread. Now I saw the amount of bread decreasing in their box thing but I just assumed they had more in the back. It was incredibly rude of them to not communicate that to me when I got in line. You obviously know your inventory why not just communicate "hey we only have 4 rolls left after that we only have flat bread"? it would have taken less than 10 seconds to communicate that. Zero consideration for anyone. I'm so angry."

"Alisha is awesome. She is always so friendly and patient to all of her customers. Hunter is also very efficient. She always makes sure your order is just as you want it."

"Every time I have ordered food from here it either comes in made wrong or I don't receive over half of what I order. They never answer the phone so I can either get my food that didn't come or a refund. I hate this place and will never eat there again since all they do is steal people's money who have food delivered. Screw this place."

"Decent food. Staff could be a little more courteous and friendly with customers. But I’m here to eat and food was good. Everything fresh and will come back again."
