"Terrible place. I placed a mobile order placed 7:30 was suppose to be ready 8:04. 8:20 my quick pickup order is still not ready. Manager refused to give any kind of refund or coupon for our inconvenience"

"I ordered the 8 piece family meal using the drive thru. While waiting to give my order, 5 vehicles pulled out of line, I waited at at least 10 minutes just to place my order. When I got home, I was shocked to see the condition of my chicken. It was dark brown with some black burnt areas (see photo). The biscuits where so hard, one could use them for wheel chocks. My 2 large sides were ok, but the gravy was in an individual serving container, not even enough for one serving of mashed potatoes. Worst family meal I've ever wasted $23.35. on. If you order thru, check your meal before you drive off. Colonel Sanders would turn over in his grave if he saw this type of meal going out his store. Good luck with your order!"
