"During my latest visit to the Walmart Supercenter in Middlesboro, Kentucky, I found the variety of products on offer to be impressive. Whether you're on the hunt for groceries, clothing, bedding, or even something more niche like camping supplies and sporting goods, this store seems to have it all. Not to mention, the cookware and electronics selection is commendable. The merchandise is reasonably priced, offering good value for money, which is appreciated by any budget-conscious shopper. Strolling through the aisles, I noticed that the store was somewhat clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant shopping atmosphere. However, the experience took a turn upon visiting the restrooms, which were very dirty and clearly unattended – a stark contrast to the store's otherwise decent upkeep. This indicated a lapse in the maintenance schedule, which I hope is an irregular occurrence and will be addressed promptly. I also couldn't help but notice the scarcity of staff, which suggests the store could be understaffed. While the current employees were doing their best, the addition of more hands would undoubtedly enhance customer service and the overall shopping experience. In conclusion, while this Walmart Supercenter shines in variety and pricing, they would benefit from giving more attention to cleanliness, particularly in the restrooms, and possibly increasing their staff to ensure all areas of the store maintain the same standard. ."

"Was checked out by the sweetest lady. The atmosphere was so nice. Everything seemed to be in its place. Staff was working very diligently to keep up the wonderful appearance."

"Trashy as heck. Usually messy and disjointed the front says it all. Only 2 lines are ever open even though the place is usually busy as heck so lines are ridiculous."

"Traditional, large, Super center store in the heart of Middlesboro. This was my first visit to this Walmart Supercenter location. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and found the store quite busy and somewhat chaotic. My initial impression of the store is favorable; the store was clean, well maintained, well stocked and moderately organized. However, this store's floor plan and layout is a little different from other Walmart Supercenter locations where I have visited and shopped. Most Walmart Supercenter stores have the same design and floor plan. Consequently, it took me a little longer to navigate this store and find the items I needed to purchase. Naturally, anytime a store is busy its harder to shop. The store was a little chaotic during my visit; not the fault of Walmart but rather the clientele shopping. Particularly frustrating was the numerous families with children blocking the aisles. The parents/parent seemed unwilling or unable to control their children and allow other shoppers access to certain aisles and merchandise. Otherwise, the experience, design, decor and merchandise is typical of Walmart Supercenter locations. In addition, this Supercenter includes a pharmacy, auto care, deli, bakery, jewelry, grocery, garden departments and self checkout kiosks. Overall, a pleasant Walmart shopping experience (minus the clueless, chaotic families!)"
