"Since the new management took over, it has been disappointment after disappointment. I ate there with my Girlfriend, and after waiting about 50 minutes for my food, which was being served one at a time while the restaurant was full of staff and empty of customers; the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted it for here or to go. That would be fine if we weren’t already seated. Then today, I understand that it is snowy and that is not their fault. What is their fault is that they waited 45 minutes until the food was already cooked to tell me that they’re not doing deliveries. I get an hour for lunch and have low blood sugar so thanks. I would not waste my time and try the local pizza place; Ike’s. It’s more food for less money."

"I ordered a taco pizza from the website, however no one fixed that it is no longer offered, so the order went through, when it was delivered it was a beef pizza, nothing else. I told my delivery person, Jamie, it was wrong, she told me I should call the store. O called the store twice and was hung up on both times, I decided to go directly to the store, when I got there I asked to speak to a manager, I was given Jeff who is over deliveries, he said I would have to go to a higher up manager, but Jeff helped me a much as he could. Another manager came up and wasn't as helpful, so a 3rd manager Bent came up and was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue, and made me a different pizza, I had to leave, but they said they would deliver it to me, Jeff showed up moments later with my pizza. Great customer service on those three individuals. Website need to be corrected to reflect what certain stores no longer offer."

"While grocery shopping called to order pizza,rang for several minutes,sales answered said hold on, 10 minutes later still on hold. Got in car,walked in front door,no one at register,no one at drive thru,finally someone came out of kitchen,ask what I wanted, showed him my cell phone, 17 minutes and call still waiting. His reply was I don't have a hold button, my question is have you got call waiting ,if so you parked my call and forgot me. COVID is over,wages are up, Gen. Z sets on their hands and wants to play or gossip on their phones on company time"

"I have had recent bad experiences at the Middlesboro Ky location and poted negative reviews. However, yesterday evening I placed a delivery order for my grandson. The oder was deivered timely, accurate, and delicious. The delivery driver was excellent. This was a 5 star experience."
