Cook Out

"The food was fine. The floor was slick as glass!! My 4 year old granddaughter fell. The tables were sticky even though we seen them wiping them down when we went in. After my grands ate we ordered 2 milkshakes and 20 minutes later, when we asked for them, we finally got them."

"I went through the drive through and got a tray with chicken strips fry’s and a wrap and my fries weren’t even in the tray my chicken strips were hard and cold just a reminder we waited in the drive through line for 15 mins just at the window. I don’t mind to wait but please let it be fresh. I went back through to get it fixed and the worker acted like I was lying and was snobby about it. I definitely won’t be back this late at night. The one in Bristol Va is worse than this one though! I’m very disappointed. This is my first bad experience with this one!"

"Pick any other food option. We waited over 5 minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take our order and the girl who finally showed up acted like she hated life. No greeting, no smile, only spoke to tell me the total for our food. We spent $26 and received three burgers. The patties were literally the size of a ketchup packet. The "Big double" used two tiny patties that were criss-crossed on the bun. This is ridiculous. When I questioned the size of the burgers, I was told there wasn't a mistake, and that's the size of them. The cup that our shake was served in was sticky from hot fudge that had dripped everywhere and congealed onto the Styrofoam. No sweet tea was made, the hot dog was burnt to a crisp... overall, just a terrible experience. We will never be back."

"I went a few nights in a row. I guess they’re out of large cups. I ordered a double tray which comes with a large drink even says in on the receipt. I got a medium the first night and told the lady it was supposed to be large she said “sorry we’re out of large cups but I didn’t charge you extra” as if shorting me I should be charged more?? Well the second night I went and same thing but this time I asked since they were out of large could I get a small? And this lady was so rude said I couldn’t get something for FREE like what? Still on the receipt it was still large. And we was in line for like 12 minutes ridiculous!! And the food was still cold."

"Ordered two trays. The double burgers were thin, small, and over cooked with soggy buns. I ordered a double jalepeno cheese fries and the wife ordered cheese fries and onion rings. Somehow we got the same amount of fries (doesnt sit right since I got a double order). Picture posted for proof. The girl at the counter was rude and slow. This location is terrible and pricing is a joke. I use to love Cookout. Now its on my no go list. I advise you eat at BK or Mc D's for the price and service you get here."
