Kohl's

"I ran into Kohl's in Lynchburg 30 min before closing to get a gift and was pleased to find the store clean, tidy, and set up nicely. I was able to find what I wanted right away and even take a few minutes to check the clearance rack as I passed (which wasn't a mess!). The line at checkout was a bit long since it was the last call before the doors closed. When I got up to the checkout, I was greeted by Shawn, a very friendly and pleasant associate. He took the time to talk to me, not just rush through the process of getting to the next customer. Even at the end of the night Shawn provided excellent customer service. I don't usually do the customer surveys on the receipts, but it was such a great experience, I gave Kohl's store #0193 5-stars across the board tonight."

"Our family all love our Kohls store. We have been shopping there since it opened. The staff are typically super friendly and helpful. Returns and exchanges are pretty easy. And we love when we can find great quality clothing on the Kohls specials. There are a couple minor negatives now and then, but overall one of the the better places to shop at for the family clothing needs, as well as some other items, too."
