"Order was not ready when I was told it was on the app. But the staff was very accommodating and made the sandwich quickly. They were not busy at all so it was not a problem. There were some discrepancies in the sandwich because the app does not communicate well with this branch so I had to remind them of what was needed. Overall very good experience the staff are very helpful and accommodating"
"Rude customer service. At 4:00 in the afternoon they had only 2 types of bread and they were rock hard. Veggies were definitely not fresh, lettuce and tomato covered in slime. Soda machines not working, stagnant water lying in catch tray. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a restaurant this nasty, that still serves customers. Really bad!!!!"
"The sandwiches are usually very good and packed with veggies and meat. The only complaint I have ever had is that when they toast the sub roll you can barely tell it was toasted at all. The people that work there are always kind and courteous."
