"They didn’t give me the correct food which is okay, mistakes happen. The issue is the customer service or lack of customer service when I contacted them about their mistake. The overall attitude and disposition of the staff is terrible."
"Anyone who knows me. Knows that I’ve been dealing with bread over 30 something years, but tried out the new BKM man I’m a little disappointed that the manager refuses to toast the sourdough bun on the flat top anyone who knows about sourdough knows that you toast, one side of the sourdough on the flat top to get it to be golden brown Then you do the burger and dresses I’ve been in food management for 30 something years. This is the first time I’ve ever had a manager not be able to take constructive criticism To insure their product comes out as it was Intended. I have to say if you get the BK me just let you know if be ready it’s white and the managers idea of toast and sourdough bread. Is it through the toaster instead of putting it on the flat top as it was intended to be."
