"Their “hot and ready” is NEVER hot and ready to go…and tonight I waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot and when I went to check on my order with the drive thru, they said they were out of the cheese bread. They could’ve mentioned that before I waited over 30 minutes for the order. If I hadn’t have checked, they probably wouldn’t even remembered I was waiting. Done with this location."
"I ordered slices and sticks with bacon, got a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni on one side and just cheese and some kind of powder on the other side. Sadness."
"Horrible! So upset! Placed my order at the drive-up window for an item that was supposed to be available at all times and was told it was going to take 10 minutes or more to cook it AFTER they had already taken my payment for the order! Then when they brought my order to me I was told they didn't have the breadsticks I ordered so they had to give me something else. They also forgot the sauce and had to go back and get it and I waited another 10 minutes for that! When I got home and checked the pizza I noticed none of the toppings had been cooked so I ended up having to put the pizza in the oven and bake it myself! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never go back there again!"
