"My husband and I often stop in for breakfast on our way to UVA. The food is always good, the restaurant is very clean, and the service is great. Our usual server Melissa is fabulous and always welcomes you with a genuine, warm smile. She gets my and my husband’s vote for best waitress ever!"
"Lackluster diner food that was a bit too expensive for what it was. It filled our bellies and kept us going but the food wasn't memorable at all. The staff was nice but busy and the music was so loud it was hard to talk. They turned it down when we asked and it was all good after that. Just kind of ehhh place."

"We always enjoyed going for breakfast. We always had a great experiences with helpful staff. But the last 3 times we have been we had the one server who is not friendly or helpful. She takes the order, no smile, she eventually brings silverware, she may check on you once and you may or may not be offered a drink refill. And despite being told when we order and again at checkout that we are huddle house rewards members, we never received our discounts or points whenever she is our server. We typically spend $35. When it’s 2 of us, and when our friends come it is easily double that. I hate to be like this but next we will either leave or request a different server. Probably leaving would be more comfortable for us."
