"I recently had a disappointing experience at Big Lots when attempting to return an air mattress. Despite the initial promise of a hassle-free return, the assistant manager, a woman, made the process needlessly difficult. She snickered and repeatedly insisted, aloud, that the return couldn't be accepted. This behavior continued until we reminded her of the employee's assurance at the time of purchase. The assistant manager's unprofessionalism and childish demeanor left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall handling of the situation. Also, she didn't give my receipt back."
