"I’m not sure where to start we had been using this company for about 12 yrs and during the pandemic that ended. Steve who was our Technician seemed to be the only one who was healthy enough to be able to work as the business had some older people working. The company is based out of Lexington VA. The travel was the issue back then, as we live in Augusta County. We really missed using this company. The staff was very friendly, considerate, and respectful, they returned calls promptly, was prompt and getting out to you in a reasonable time. Most of the time Steve had the parts for our appliances whether it be Dishwasher, Dryer, Washer. Steve is friendly to work with and if he don’t have the part he will order it and will he upfront about cost, time to fix it, and etc. he will take time to listen and answer questions that you may have. The company is very Reliable and honest. I have never had any problems with the company or Steve. We were saddened when the pandemic hit and he could no longer come out to work on the appliances. We ended up having to use another company for about 2 yrs. More recently I had problems with my dryer and took a chance to see if they would come out to look at. He ended up having the parts and was able to fix my dryer. To only find out that Steve is now the Owner and operator of the company as the rest of the crew has retired. He came out to Augusta County VA. the very next day looked at my dryer fixed it in no time at all. All my appliances are under warranty but I just didn’t want to bother with this as the other company was out previously to put a thermostat in the dryer. Steve is a family oriented man and my family and I are grateful for him to come out and fix our dryer. So if your looking for an honest, reliable, reputable, trustworthy, company give them a call ."

"Billiel’s was recommended to us by Ferguson delivery person to replace our brand new Maytag dishwasher door, it was dented when we received it so this was a warranty visit. Devin arrived exactly when they said he would. All work was completed quickly and he made several helpful suggestions. All my phone contacts with Billiel’s were very professional. I will definitely use them again if needed."

"I had Billiel's come to my house to repair my Maytag Clothes dryer. They came on the day they promised. The technician said that we had a blockage in our hose somewhere between the inside and the vent outside and that he did not work on that kind of problem. He said if we disconnected our hose that the dryer would work fine and gave us the number of a company that could fix the blockage. We paid him the $85 fee. He left and we tried drying two small towels in the dryer for 1 1/2 hours and they were still damp after it finished. I called and left a message at Billiel's that it was not working as the technician said it would and that I expected them back the next day. The next day I called them to tell them we had some good drying with a second load we had run and not to come out unless we found another problem. The Billiel's person that answered said they would not be working for us any more because they could not satisfy me and I was a difficult customer. They did say that they would return my check. The message I left did not contain any bad language, only what I expected them to do. I guess they do not need any more customers. And I certainly would never be one again. I would not recommend Billiel's to anyone!!"
