"First and foremost this Burger King needs a whole new management every time I come home to eat my food. There is always a problem with my food I mean honestly your mics working can y’all hear? I say don’t give me this on my burger and they do the complete opposite. I’m not wasting my money here anymore."

"Manager I'm guessing, was working drive thru and was cussing in front of customers while talking to the front cashier. Service was so slow due to them talking and joking around. The fry guy was wearing a hoodie up on his head. No one was in actual uniform. Very unprofessional staff. This Burger King should be shut down!! I will not be returning. Stay away from this Burger King. Go elsewhere for lunch. I would rate negative 10 if I could."

"You hear everyone say don’t go to this Burger King because they only hire hood employees. Well let me say I’ll take this hood employee food over 221 burgerking or anywhere else . The food is always on point , everyone is very respect, and you don’t wait in line very long. They definitely get my pick of the year. Go try for yourself ."

"This location has been known to not have the best food. But on this night it was very good. Food was correctly prepared for special requests and was hot and fresh. And girl at the window was very kind when she asked us to pull up while food was freshly prepared. And we only waited a few minutes. It was great rebound for burned sandwiches earlier in the week."

"It's Burger King yes, but this guy, Isaiah helped me out of the kindness of his heart. I was lost and not feeling well and stopped to use the restroom. He helped me when he didnt have to. He spoke to the call center and put the correct address in my phone. He took his time and attended to a stranger who was in need. This shows his character, a kind, caring and helpful person. I commend him. Should all our youth, and really everyone have these characteristics , this world would be a beautiful, peaceful and better place to live. Kudos Burger King for hiring such a wonderful person with excellent customer service skills. We can get the same type of foods everywhere. It's the service that brings you back. @Burger King, Please commend Isaiah Dillard and give him the honor he deserves."
