"The overall experience was good. James is amazing and was very helpful when checking me in and out he gets a 10+. The tech that completed my service tech was Martin. I have a white vehicle. There were greasy hand prints, and finger prints from lifting the hood, to the grill, to the driver door. I had my tires rotated as well but was so ticked at the other prints, i failed to check at the rear of the vehicle. I just started using a cloth to get the fresh grease prints off. It seems like techs would have a cloth in their pocket to swipe over the areas they touch. That is my only concern which is why the 8 for OA service is given. I almost chose a 7 but decided against it because its not like the entire vehicle was covered in greasy hand prints. And I'm not just talking 1 or 2..and if no one is made aware, it cant be corrected or discussed. Thank you for offering the survey. I hope it is read and my concern is addressed."

"Guys are friendly and work with my schedule. Of course with staffing shortages it sometimes takes longer for services to be performed and I understand that. It works ok for me to drop off on Saturday and pick up on Sunday."

"Scam shop. Took my car in for an inspection and they wanted to tack on $1300 in repairs... 60 for wiper blades($11 each at sams), and even charge a $250 fee for a torque mount that was still good! They even tried to tell me the rubber was completely broken... which is just not true ($25 part on rock auto)(see pic for old vs new) Don't go here. They will try to con you for business. They wanted $14 each to replace license plate bulbs... these are like $5 for 2 and take 2 minutes to do. Truly unbelievable."
