"I ordered from their eBay store. I strongly dislike leaving poor feedback, but the exhaust system they sold me had one wrong tailpipe. It ended up costing me over 200$ in labor and shop supplies to fix their mistake. The shop had to get a whole new tailpipe and bend it properly. As anyone knows, once the installation process is started, there is no going back. I contacted the seller letting them know one of the tailpipes was over a foot too short and bent incorrectly. It must be for a different truck because the other side was a perfect fit. When I told them this, they made excuses and were very unprofessional. I shared screenshots of the conversation showing the responses and then how they just stopped responding instead of doing the right thing and trying to make it right. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional and would not admit to a mistake. Unfortunately, now I am out the money and they will just find a way to get this feedback removed. The worst part is that they expected me to know there was a mistake. When I selected the correct system based on the wheelbase, engine and model of my truck, I trusted they would send me the correct items. I'm not a mechanic so there is no way I could reasonably just look at it and know it was wrong. That's unrealistic. I hope this helps that no one else gets stuck spending $700+ on an exhaust kit when it should have been around $500."

"Had some issues with my order. The bolts for the cat converter pipe were too short. The rubber hanger for the driver side was not shipped with my order. The paperwork said no modifications were needed on 163 inch wheelbase. I had to cut an inch off of the extension pipe to make everything fit correctly. Overall i am pleased with the purchase. Sounds great and the black tips look good with the white paint on my truck. I would have giving a 5 star rating if not for the issues."
