"Ordered a half helmet from them and it was the worst experience ever! It took forever to get a reply to my emails about shipping and when I would receive it. When I finally received it, it was too big and I measured according to them and used their size chart. Asked for an exchange and they said I would have to pay to ship it back. I wasn't going to pay shipping to potentially get another wrong size so I requested a refund. I shipped it back at my expense and gave them the tracking number and as of now I can't get anyone to respond again. They said when they received the tracking number they would issue a refund. So far nothing. Customer service is non existent. Definitely beware of this company. Order from Amazon, at least they'll answer your questions. Would have given a minus 5 stars if possible."
