"Best fast food hamburger. It was fresh, hot, and put together nicely, not sloppy. It was a very tasty hamburger. Employees were fast and courteous, and they got the order right. I used the drive thru, and I was the fifth car in the line. From the time of entering the line and pulling out with my food, it was less than five minutes' time. The parking areas, outdoor eating area, and the perimeter of the restaurant were very clean and tidy. When I want a quick, hot burger at a convenient location, this is where I go."

"Just went here with a friend for lunch and the food was warm and tasted fine, the restaurant was fine looking and overall not a bad experience. However, I bought the pretzel bun baconator, which is supposed to come with a good amount of bacon and is advertised as 2 Patty's and is not cheap at all. When I received my burger, it had very little bacon and only one patty. I asked for ranch and was given some, the drink was good, and the fries were fresh. If the burger wasn't the wrong size, it would have been a 5 star experience."

"My husband and I were in the drive through and the lady operating the drive through was so rude. She kept rushing us as we ordered and then she yelled for us to move forward to the first window. My husband and I just drove off. I am not obligated to spend my money at a restaurant that has rude customer service. We will not be back."

"Staff was nice but food poor. Got the Chicken wrap and the chicken was dried out and even hard and if they put ranch on it, I could not taste it. The tortilla was hard and actually broke when they rolled it and left it like that. I am a Wendy's fan, but not this time!"

"I give 1 star because I can’t give 0. First of all the guy from the drive thru was rude from second 1 asking me: what you want? I expect a little bit more manners when I’m buying from a restaurant. Then the girl from the window was rude as well and literally had her tabaco pack on her apron, that looks so bad and unprofessional. Then the food was horrible. The bread was hard and dry, like it was super old, and after a few bites I realized that there was a freaking insect inside of my bread (picture below). Horrible, will never come back."
