"As soon as we pulled up to the speaker, the cashier had a terrible attitude. When we got to the window they got both drinks completely wrong. Size was wrong and got charged for things that they didn’t even put in the drink. When telling them, they offered to remake them AFTER we had waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes! And waited at the window for 8 minutes. After telling her we didn’t have time that we are now late to work, no refund was offered. Terrible customer service all around and my money got taken for things that aren’t even in the drink."
