"How about you update your hours so that delivery drivers don't waste their own time, money, and gas coming from Salem only to find you closed a half hour earlier than advertised. I won't be attempting ANY deliveries from any of your Roanoke locations anytime soon. Always problems..ALWAYS"
"Car hops were not available because it was raining even though I was parked right by the door. The employee asked numerous times for me to repeat our order and still got it all wrong. And to top it all off, the food was cold!"
"Slowest fast food ever. If you are a fan of Sonic’s and have been spoiled by how fast they are in the Midwest just don’t go here. They are terrible. 30 minute wait time for one hamburger meal. Workers just hanging out on their phones. Both burger and tots were cold. Not warm not hot truly cold."
"The 5 PC chicken strips should have been listed as over sized nuggets. Only one of five would have qualified as a "strip". Cooked within an inch of cremation. Never has this happened before. Already on the road, but next time I'll be sure to check. Disappointed."
"Food was okay, got the jumbo BBQ chicken, tots, Mozzarella Sticks and a Blue Coconut Nerds slushy chicken could have used a little more sauce, but was still good, Mozzarella stick cheese was a little hard, not gooey/melty cheese like a lot of places, and slushies are always good Friend got Onion rings and the #3, onion rings were super crunchy, and she said the hamburger was fantastic."
