Reviews
"Under new management and have had nothing but great experiences since. Very kind and friendly workers, very good quality food, no complaints. Clean environment, positive attitudes, the sweetest lady who's been working lately is so kind. I encourage others to give this location another chance with the new changes."
"Unfortunately the other local Subway closed. This location has been nothing but a negative place to walk in the door to due to who I assume is the owner. Not only did she let us know the last time we tried to get subs there that she doesn't provide swiss cheese anymore because it's too expensive. But today I called to order a single sandwich for pickup as a friend was picking up for me as she was on the way to my home, and she tells me that she doesn't do pick up orders anymore she can't trust that people will show up. I guarantee her I would and it was willing to pay over the phone. She should not be a business owner and it's really unfortunate that we don't have the other location still available where the service was excellent."
"The Hispanic lady, she is very rude, saw me with a coupon in my hand and told me no, no, if you come to exchange coupons for food, there isn't anything here, if you want to eat you have to pay, in reality I'm not asking for free food but I got a coupon at my house and it caught my attention, it was a bad experience and I was better off going to another restaurant.restaurant. her name Rosa Maria Muños."
"If you are not from around here, go somewhere else to get a sub. Mama's pizza, Sam's pizza, two brothers, bellicachine, and even sheetz are all much much better with similar if not cheaper prices. If you are a local to Locust Grove, you already know this and this review is not for you. I would have bad experiences at the subway often, similar to other reviews but this past time made me boycott this particular franchise. I normally get a steak and cheese with just cheese, nothing else. I travel nationwide for work and almost every other Subway does not charge me for extra cheese when I just get cheese. There was a young boy in there that told me the cheese was extra and when I told him they normally don't charge me for extra cheese he had to text the owner and ask if you should charge me for extra cheese. After waiting, the owner responded saying that he should charge me for extra cheese. According to other reviews and just being in Locust Grove we all know the owner is very greedy. This doesn't surprise me and is an everyday example of this place. What did surprise me was the smart remark the young boy made after he told me that he had to charge your extra cheese. "you need to add more than just cheese, especially infront of your girl" I have Crohn's disease and took offence to this comment."
"If you see the lady working just turn around. I think this is the cheapest subway I’ve ever came across. Not only will you have to repeat everything you want on your sandwich because she will act like she can’t hear you, you have to shout everything you want to order. The quality of the food is very poor. And they don’t even want to give you a full portion which is 3 tomatoes for 6 inch sub. The tomatoes looked so butchered and the spinach and lettuce looked super old. She assumed I wanted honey mustard when I said mustard and put it on my sandwich and then practically poured half of the oil and vinegar out of the bottles on my sandwich and got mad when I told her to stop. When I asked her what if I was allergic to honey mustard she did not care and still tried to sell to me at full price. Will not be coming back."
