"These people won't answer the phone. How inconvenient is this. I ask myself, why do you have that ridiculous message setup for each department. But yet know one ever answer's the frigging PHONE!!!! Get it together or get out of our neighborhood. We want businesses around that cause there customers got it!!!!!!!!! If your open you should be able to return a item especially if you have the receipt. Get a grip on what your doing there. It's called serving the public you don't like that work. Then go work somewhere else cause we don't want you in our stores."
"Placed a grocery pick-up, arrived and was informed they lost TWENTY ONE of my items. They printed a list of the missing items and told me to call corporate for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable, train your staff better."
"Overall, the store is clean, organized, and usually has everything in stock. The only problem I have is that online pickups are consistently missing items, and there is no option to choose "missing item" on the refund."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. When I go shopping here I’d want to feel comfortable and safe. An environment where I’d like to think people would respect other races. As a black woman I am shocked to hear a white employee say the N word in the middle of a conversation. I wanted to report them but I doubt anything would’ve been done.."

It turned out to be a very satisfying shopping day with the help of a very helpful Walmart associate who took her time and skillfully color matched and mixed my desired custom interior and exterior paint.
