"Stopped for a craving of Mickey D's fries. Then wanted a hamburger. It's extremely rare for me to want fast food. While it took forever to get the hamburger, we figured they had to go kill the cow, when we did get it it was thicker than it ever has been in the past and it tasted really good. It tasted like it was flame broiled and fresh. When she brought the fries to the car, we asked for ketchup and instead of leaving the fries with us she took them with her. But they were hot. I was very surprised that the hamburger was so good."

"Ordered my food and not all items that were supposed to be on the sandwich were available at the time..... They still served me my food anyways without informing me instead when I brought it up the manager's excuse was well you still have all of the items except for this! That's not good enough for me when I pay for something I fully expect everything that is supposed to be included in my order to be included if not you need to inform the customer..... Refused to provide me with a refund because I unlike others have the audacity to argue back because I am right and they were absolutely wrong. All they had to do was inform me that all items were not present and ask if that was okay with me it's as simple as that, I could have rejected my order at said point and received my refund with a zero argument.... Get better employees in this store!!"

"First couple of times we went here back about a year ago they had hot fresh salty fries and decent enough food. The last 2 months we've tried 3 times and they have failed miserably. Pay extra for cheese and they don't add it even with the custom sticker on the box saying it was added. They never have the stuff for happy meals, leave off the apples that came with the meal and the extras that were paid for. Hardly ever have working ice cream/milkshake and nearly always out of slushes. I normally catch this type of stuff and get them to fix it. Today though they were extra incompetent. Made a mobile order to save time. Went to pick it up and find that one of the drive thru lanes is down. Wait 15 min in the lobby, and they claimed there wasn't an order. Showed them the order# and the time it was made. And even double checked it was the right store to show them. After dealing with a cashier and manager they still didn't find anything in their system and made no offer to fix it according to the order on the app. Ended up leaving without any food and so far no refund for the money or rewards points that was used on the order. Had to send in an email for corporate to see if it will be refunded since the store was completely incompetent. This place is a waste of money and 30 min."

"Placed online order via the app. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru queue - 2 cars in front of me - we sat for 10 minutes. Decided to go inside. Was met immediately and told my order was in process. Stood waiting for 35 minutes to receive order. I only live 3 miles from this store - has been struggling for a while and has now hit rock-bottom IMO. Truly a shame."

"I use to enjoy coming here but spending 20 minutes in the drive through without my order being taken and seeing 6 other people get their order taken in the second lane before going into the second lane and finally getting my order taken is ridiculous why was there not someone in the first lane there was someone who took their order before i got to the speaker as well so i know there had been someone there before. I think it’s ridiculous even if its a shift change that doesnt take 20 minutes. After all of that waiting i get to work and realize they gave me a medium fry even though i ordered a large. Guy at the window didn’t care about my complaints either."
