"My husband and I are big into customer service and he went there tonight and came Home and told me all about his experience there tonight. A young girl was working the window and he was so impressed with her. She asked if he wanted a crown for his queen (our daughter) and he loved that So much. He said she was running around helping everyone in there and I had to share! He said “you never see that anymore” and he’s right! Thank you for making my daughter and his day!"

"This has got to be the absolute worst Burger King I have ever had the pleasure to eat from. The first time I ordered at the Locust Grove VA location, they had no beef so I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. My fries were burnt, my chicken was hard and burnt! That was a month ago but today I went there and ended up with a raw whopper and absolutely horrible customer service. This experience has caused me to never want to eat at another Burger King again!"

"Slow slow slow! No matter if you go inside, or go to the drive through you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes, for cold food. My daughter got chicken fries that were old. All shrunk and cold."
