"I go in and the black lady at front cashier seemed bothered. She asked me how I was doing. I said I’ve been better. Then she ignored me as I wait for her to take my order. Sometimes people have things going on in their lives, and I just wanted a sandwich. I didn’t need to be judged or asked questions about my life or how I’m doing. And then when I tell the truth and say things could be better. I don’t expect to then be ignored. I’ll never eat at this location ever again. Train your employees to understand that the holidays are hard for some people. And that they don’t need to ignore the people that aren’t in the best mood on Xmas eve."

"Service was very average. They did not seem like they wanted to be there. Said barely 3 words to me. I know it is not there fault but I want people look at the reviews to know, they do not make hot subs. Sandwhiches were ok, nothing bad, but nothing great. I do have to say, the signs in the bathroom seem very outdated and not PC for the 21st century. If you know you know...."

"I love Jimmy John’s and this location is a good representation of the franchise. The location was clean, the staff were friendly and the sandwiches were great. My only minor complaint is that Jimmy John’s appear to no longer be “Freaky Fast”. I got used to my sandwich being ready by the time I had paid and got my drink. In the last few JJ’s I’ve been in, there is only one person making the sandwiches so it takes longer now. This location is no different. It looked like there was a large “To Go” order being filled at the same time that walk in orders were being made. So while the one poor guy was making sandwiches as fast as he could, it took a while to get our order. That is absolutely not a complaint about the employees, just an observation that there used to be several people making sandwiches at once like a well oiled machine, and now there is one person working very hard. I will eat here again and recommend you do too!"

"I do not know why but it tastes just right. Since PWC has no real deli anywhere, that is where my family likes Subs from. Music is good inside as you sit and eat. Coke products are served here. Bread is what makes the sub good."

"Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich shop. They are fast and consistent across all of their restaurants. The location is clean and the staff acts like they want to be there. The bathroom was also clean."
