"One of the few Wendy's that will substitute chili for fries. The biggie bag is one of THE BEST VALUES for a single meal. This is THE go-to when it's show time at the Expo Center! Have never had an unsatisfactory visit at this particular location."

"Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food burgers, but this location is atrocious. I've tried 3 or 4 times, and every time the food is lukewarm, the buns are stale, half the time the order is wrong, and the employees look at me like I'm interrupting their life. Just avoid this location."

"So I always go here and for most part I have an ok experience. Yesterday I went I placed my order in drive thur. The person that took my order was great it was around 3 ish. I know my order is not normal I ask for no bun and no fries. But I got 3 nuggets instead of 4 so I went back and let another lady know I was missing a nugget. She said seriously which its not a response that I would of expected. I said yes seriously I paid for it and on top of that I did not even want the fries that I paid for and i let you guys know. She gave me the nugget. Did not apologize or nothing. Regardless that was not the way you talk to a paying customer. That made my experience not pleasant at all. Hopefully they train the employees better customer service."

"I don't mind the extremely long wait when I'm handed hot food, but when I ask for NO MAYO due to FOOD ALLERGIES I do not enjoy driving away trusting the store just to find EXTRA MAYO... I paid for something I can't eat and am too far away to return and wait 20-30 minutes for them to try again.... Not happy wasting money on poison."
