About Us
Blue Stone Kabob-Chantilly is a family-owned restaurant located at 25387 Pleasant Valley Road in Chantilly, Virginia. Our journey began in Afghanistan, where we escaped war and settled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge mountains. We have stayed true to our Afghan culture through food, which led us to establish Blue Stone Kabob in 2020.
Our head chef, Adela, has over 50 years of experience in Afghan cuisine and works alongside her sous chefs/kiddos to create authentic and delicious dishes. We specialize in premium packaged Heat & Eat meals, perfect for busy individuals or families looking for a quick and healthy meal option.

"The food provided by Blue Stone Kabob-Chantilly was absolutely delicious! They were at La Grange Winery for a Vendor Event on December 9th. We had the Meatballs with rice (fluffy and flavorful) and little salad with the Delicious green sauce (sauce had a great little kick) and the Falafel patty sandwich! The staff (family) were very friendly and informative. Awesome food overall!!!"
