"METAL SHARDS IN FOOD- BEWARE!!!! There were multiple metal shards in the spaghetti. I am so upset because we served this to my two year old. We have been calling this location multiple times to let them know but they are not answering. Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. My husband and I ate the spaghetti so we are praying everything will be fine."

"Jollibee is neat little spot with fried chicken buckets and sandwiches as well as burgers and cheesy spaghetti. The food was good with a good variety of options. The spaghetti was the best of all the things we tried. I wanted to love the chicken. It was perfectly crunchy but a little bland. The bucket came with a large cup of gravy which helped with the flavor. The fries were great. If you go you should definitely try a quencher. Definitely worth trying."

"My experience was okay. They had just recently opened, so I'm assuming, they're still trying to find their footing. We came on a Saturday night, so dine-in was really packed and the drive-thru had a really long line. The parking lot seemed to have parking spaces on the smaller side. The wait to get our orders taken was longer than the time it took for our orders to come out. We initially only wanted to come in because we only wanted to eat pancit palabok. We were extremely disappointed to learn that it wasn't on the menu. The online menu didn't mention that this particular location didn't offer it. We settled for the 2-piece chicken joy with adobo fried rice. One of each of our 2-piece chicken was still kinda raw in the middle. The adobo fried rice didn't taste very flavorful. My rice was a little dry, but my parents said theirs seemed like it was overcooked. The gravy was good though. Combos don't include a drink so a full meal can be a little bit expensive. They only have one set of drink dispensers, so it can get busy waiting to fill your drink cup. They also didn't get a chance to replenish their utensils area so had to ask for eating utensils and straws at the counter. The dine in area is also on the smaller side. I don’t think they anticipated needing more room or maybe they were unable to expand. I’m not sure. The staff were really nice and patient. Answered questions and service was pretty good. Overall, it was okay. Nothing to rave about. We will probably not come back until pancit palabok is offered at the location. Again, because they had just recently opened, I think they're still trying to get their bearings."

"Everything was great! Just opened so the wait was just about 30min which wasn't too bad. Service was great. Guy at register was great. Friendly and knowledgeable! Can't wait to return and try more off the menu. I'm a fan!"

"The service and place was great. The food was pretty good too. We tried the chicken, pasta and burger. They were all tasty and worth trying. The spicy chicken is very spicy. I think we were for some reason expecting to be blown away given the hype around the opening but thought in the end it was just overall "pretty good". We'll come back and recommend trying it but maybe keep your expectations in check."
