"Arby's in Front Royal. The young girl at the drive thru was not very friendly at all. Food is usually good but not this time. Forgot sauces and the sandwich was so smashed it looked like someone had stepped on it."

I told them I would come back a little bit later but she said they would make the food anyway and acted all mad at me. The food was fairly good but the attitude of the employee is a deal breaker for me and I will never go back."

"Worst customer service ever. Gave us the incorrect order old buns half order of fries bad food. Said they'd make it up with free meal so went back they said only replacing 1 sandwich and fries, they said they never offered meal just replacements. We decided let them keep their food and we'll never come back. F this Arby's!"
