"I typically do not do reviews but felt like I needed to. The owner is awesome, I went in looking for a dryer that will suit my large family. The owner discussed with me options. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He delivered and installed. After about a month, my dryer stopped heating. I called the owner, he immediately came out, and took apart our dryer to see the problem. Unfortunately it was a problem I caused ( I was overloading and burnt out the heating element ) he fixed the problem and explained to us proper dryer usage in a professional manner without being condescending . This has been the best dryer I’ve ever had. If I ever need an appliance again, this is the place I will go. I was extremely happy with my service as well as my product."

"I bought a used dryer there and we tested it there before I left amd it worked fine got home hooded it up and worked 1 time before it stopped heating up. I called back there left a message, within 10min. The owner called me back and was willing to come and fix it right away, I told him that I was coming back to winchester in a couple of day would bring it back we set up a time to meet. That day he was there fixed the issue at no coast and the dryer has worked fine ever since , there is not many people left anymore these days that do what they say there going to do when it comes to there work, the owner is a man of his word,and I would buy and recommended anything he sells cause he backs it up"
