"Went for oil change using Quick Lane. They’re advertising that you don’t need appointments for oil change. So I took time to go there. I was told they don’t have time. Ridiculous. Wasted my time to come here."

"DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I'm going to be honest here, I went to Quick Lane because they had a coupon on Groupon for State Inspection for $26 dollars plus $8 for the stickers. What a steal. I went there, and it seemed like everything was going okay the front desk people were friendly and nice, but my Check Engine light came on that day, so instead of just $34 dollars, they said that my sensors were bad and I needed to replace one of three - which ended up costing me a whopping $346 additional dollars... okay.. but at least it will be fixed right? I grind my teeth and paid for it with the help of my dad because I can't afford it on my own, I'm just a 21 year old with a minimum wage job, so at least it'll be fixed. But NO, I leave that day with my engine light off and told to come back in a few days when my sensors are reset and then I'll pass my inspection. I went to work that day.... and my Check Engine light came back on!! In just a few hours time!! Are you kidding me?? So I had to come back in a couple days... And when I do I think they'll just take care of whatever problem came up because I spent hundreds of dollars for that exact reason and they let me leave the first time off saying it was fixed-- no! They say there's suddenly ANOTHER problem, and that my engine is lean and I have to pay ANOTHER $250 DOLLARS!! Are you kidding me!? They wasted my time and ROBBED me of $350 dollars for NOTHING. I check other reviews and it seems like this place rips off MULTIPLE people, so heed our words, DON'T GO HERE."

"I went here for inspection. They told me I had to do $1900 worth of part replacements and repairs to pass... (including battery and alignment which is not required to pass.) I took it to Als auto on Neshaminy Blvd.. They helped me get my car to top shape, passing inspection for 300.00 Also on the Quick lane receipt there is a “other” charge and they won’t tell me specifically what that is... Do not go!!!"
